Our Team
Ward Fitzgerald has built a leadership team at ExCorde Capital unlike its peers—it holds roots in organizations founded in the 1950s and 1960s, with decades of experience and proven success in the real estate industry. Every member of our specialized team has contributed, and continues to contribute, deep real estate expertise across acquisitions, development, leasing, property management, property accounting, debt procurement, co-GP joint ventures with capital-constrained sponsors, GP-led recapitalizations alongside real estate secondaries funds, and dispositions.
Over the years, many team members have led transformative projects and managed complex investments. Our combined expertise spans across every facet of the industry—from investment strategy to project execution—ensuring that our decisions are driven by deep knowledge, insightful analysis, and a commitment to excellence.
